Curaplex® Flusso™ By Pass and Curaplex® Flusso™ TFI are state-of-the-art adapters designed to maintain a closed ventilator circuit and safer circuit disconnection. The adapters can be used with passive or active humidity systems. Curaplex® Flusso™ By Pass adapter maintains a closed circuit and facilitates a safe disconnection of the patient from the mechanical ventilator during a variety of situations. The adapter allows for a seamless addition of a secondary ventilation source while continuing to maintain a patients' positive end expiratory pressure (PEEP) and potential reduction in exhaled aerosols during ventilator circuit disconnect. Curaplex® Flusso™ TFI enables a safer circuit disconnection by allowing for a temporary interruption of gas flow to maintain a positive end expiratory pressure (PEEP) and potential reduction in exhaled aerosols during ventilator circuit disconnect. AMSure® universal adapter is designed to fit standard 15 mm ID/22mm OD connections.

The Superset range of catheter mounts have a concertina design to allow for positioning control. This allows the catheter mount to be set in any required position. The range is available with fixed and swivel elbows and a variety of ports for all applications. All Intersurgical port caps are retainable for safety; fixed to the port connectors to ensure that they cannot be misplaced in use. Flip top cap with 7.6mm port - for connection of all standard 7.6mm probes or suctioning. Luer ports - for secure attachment of gas sampling lines with luer lock fittings. Double flip top cap with seal - opening the first tab on the cap allows for the introduction of a fiber optic bronchoscope while maintaining airway pressure. Opening the second tab allows for suctioning if required.

A full range of Venturi valves available individually. The valves are designed to meet the requirements of BS EN 13544-3:2001+A1:2009 and color-coded for easy identification. The printed flow-rate on the valves ensure that, in most cases, the patient receives a total flow of approximately 40 L/min. This is designed to meet the patient's ‘normal' peak flow requirements.

Uniflow™ Coaxial Breathing Systems with Leak Tester is a convenient tube-within-a-tube breathing system. It is designed with low flow anesthesia in mind, offering warmer, more humid inspiratory gases. These breathing systems offer the option of an integrated respiratory gases monitoring line. UniFlow can now be used on pediatrics to as low as 5kg in weight. Each UniFlow system is supplied complete with a leak tester. The Jackson-Rees Circuit is commonly used in pediatric general anesthesia due to its low resistance and minimal dead space. The patient inhales fresh gas from the machine.
