Made from a medical grade thermoplastic elastomer, I-GEL has been designed to create a non-inflatable, anatomical seal of the pharyngeal, laryngeal and perilaryngeal structures while avoiding compression trauma. The Silente has been designed to operate at a very low noise level. The large diameter body provides space for clear, widely spaced calibration and incorporates a “pull-twist” action to prevent accidental adjustment. Intersorb Plus is a medical soda lime Carbon Dioxide absorbent comprised of short porous 3mm diameter strands. Intersorb Plus is a 3% Sodium Hydroxide soda lime. Intersorb Plus is entirely suitable as a CO2 absorbent for medical use within anesthesia.

A range of self-sealing and right-angled, self-sealing water traps that allow for emptying during use. As the base of the water trap is opened the internal valve automatically closes ensuring the breathing system remains airtight. As the base is replaced, the valve reopens allowing drainage of the breathing system to recommence. The right-angled version is ideal for use in applications where a 90º attachment may be required.
