The Neb-U-Mask® is a combination device that allows for the concurrent delivery of aerosolized medications and high concentrations of oxygen or heliox. The system is composed of an innovative wye design featuring a nebulizer connection and MDI adaptor, a high concentration mask and a 750 ml gas reservoir bag. The nebulizer connection features a valved port, which maintains a closed system when the neb is not in use.

The Cirrus™2 Nebulizer is based on the well-established Cirrus nebulizer, yet it incorporates several improved features. The Micro Cirrus nebulizer has been specifically designed to create a small particle aerosol with a mass median diameter (MMD) of 1.2 microns. At a driving gas flow of 8L/min 90% of the particles will be less than 2 microns in diameter to give alveolar deposition.

The MICRO MIST small volume nebulizer is designed for performance and economy. It can be used for hand-held or in-line treatments. The Circulaire™ nebulizer utilizes a one-way valve in the breathing circuit along with an expandable reservoir bag. The reservoir bag acts as a holding chamber for the nebulized medication and prevents the aerosol particles from being vented to the atmosphere. The one-way valve holds the aerosol inside the reservoir bag until the patient actively inhales. It aerosolizes medication into a particle size that is between 0.9 and 1.2 microns. It also includes a resistor cap on the exhalation side, enabling the severe COPD patient to replicate pursed lip breathing when desired. The pie-shaped opening is adjustable for patient comfort and enhanced medication delivery.
