It is designed to avoid over- or under-tightening pelvic fractures during the critical "golden hour" following severe trauma. The patented Autostop buckle is programmed to stop your pull once the correct compression force has been obtained. Two prongs are released from the buckle to stop further tightening, and an audible "click" confirms correct application.
