The Rusch LaserTubus™ is a laser resistant endotracheal tube made of soft white rubber, reinforced with corrugated copper foil and an absorbent sponge. It offers resistance to medical lasers, such as AR+, Nd/YAG and CO2 types, in the range of 0.488µ to 10.6µ. LaserTubus™ is fitted with a double cuff design that offers maximum protection against airway fires. The design incorporates all of these safety features while maximizing access and visibility.
